in the vicinity of Mono Meadow Trail; if you haven’t been to Yosemite National Park, you have to schedule some time for it while you're here. A pleasant tour to Pohono Meadow is a nice way to spend an afternoon, and a glorious place for whitewater paddling is Yosemite Creek.
A journey to Mono Meadow Trail wouldn't be complete without taking a look at Illilouette Falls, and you can stay the night at Upper Pines Campground. Be careful coming to the Central Sierra Nevada, you might not ever wanna return back home again. A quick trip to Illilouette Creek
