  Put on your backpacking shoes, and hit the hiking and backpacking trail, Miners Ridge Trail in Humboldt County, California is such a brilliant spot. Each one of the many backcountry trails of California has something unique to offer. California has lots of outdoors endeavors. Backcountry trails like this one here in the Coast Ranges are the best way to enjoy these summits. The time needed for this walk is roughly 6.5 hours, but you never know stuff could go wrong and you could get stuck so be prepared for that. With its 7.4 miles of walking distance
    it's a mid length backcountry walk. Sometimes this trail gets really dry, so do check for current fire restrictions before you go if you plan to bring a stove or make a camp fire. There's not much difference in elevation along Miners Ridge Trail, so you won’t have to worry about
different climate zones along your backcountry walk. Miners Ridge Trail has only one trailhead, so in and out is the way to hike it normally. High temperatures at Miners Ridge Trail through the summer months are in the 60's. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 50's. Highs during the wintertime are generally in the 50's, and during the dark hours in the wintertime at Miners Ridge Trail temperatures fall to the 30's. This is a long trail, so don't forget to pack enough supplies. Miners Ridge Trail is a hiking and backpacking trail relatively  
far from Crescent City North, but it's one of those spots where backpacking is nice. Here in the great state of California backpacking never gets boring. Don’t forget to check for any current restrictions or closures before you go. Hiking trails are great and plentiful in California; Miners Ridge Trail is one of them, and it's in Humboldt County. Miners Ridge Trail generally gets a good deal of rainfall; the wettest month of the year is usually December, that's the one that rains the most while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Miners Ridge Trail is a mid-length backpacking trail with an average amount of climbing distance which makes this wilderness trail great for hard core backpackers looking for adventure. This is just one of a large number of wilderness trails in this region. The total elevation difference for Miners Ridge Trail is 617 feet which is lower than average.

If you came for an overnight stay Klamath River RV Park is a great place to camp, and beaches are tremendous and Gold Bluffs Beach is no exception. Godwood Creek is a wonderful stream that is worth checking out, and this is a popular place for people from Crescent City North.
Why not stop by close by Boyes Creek since you're here at Miners Ridge Trail, and Klamath Glen Resort is a great local campground. There's just no way somebody can get bored here at Miners Ridge Trail. You can run the rapids of Klamath River in the vicinity of Miners Ridge Trail. Whohoo, so many enjoyable things in one place! The Coast Ranges is unbeatable! You might want to pay a visit to Fern Canyon since you're here at Miners Ridge Trail, and get your heart pumping on the perfect whitewater of Redwood Creek.
