Meadow Trail has only one trailhead, so in and out is the way to backcountry walk it normally. This wilderness hiking trail has a total elevation difference of 1,122 feet which is about average. Meadow Trail is 3.8 miles long it's shorter than many hiking trails. This backcountry trek shouldn't take more than 3 hours, but of course some folks walk a bit slower and some a bit faster. Meadow Trail is not that long but it's always good to bring some emergency supplies, you never know what could happen. The hiking trail stays roughly within the same elevation zone the whole time, so you get pretty much the same conditions along the whole hiking trail. This great outdoors trail sometimes gets very dry, so don’t forget to check for any current fire restrictions before you go.
