to take a look at while here. While you're here at Los Pinos Trail it's a good idea to check out Verdugo Potrero, and there are some splendid whitewater spots on Santa Margarita River.
And if that's not sufficient there's loads more entertaining things to do in the Santa Ana
Mountains. A perfect site to check out in close proximity to Los Pinos Trail is Holy Jim Canyon; don't leave Los Pinos Trail without first paying a visit to Chiquito Spring. Do set aside some time for Bear Flat since you're here at Los Pinos Trail, and Trabuco Campground is a nice campground nearby. What a place this is for outdoors folks.
