This great outdoors trail is not that long but it's always wonderful to bring some emergency supplies, you never know what could happen. This great outdoors trail sometimes gets very dry, so don’t forget to check for any current fire restrictions before you go. This backcountry walk shouldn't take more than 1 hours, but of course some people walk a bit slower and some a bit faster. Jepson Trail is 1.4 miles long it's shorter than many backcountry trails. This backcountry trail has two trailheads, so if you can get a ride from someone, you can walk it just one way. Jepson Trail stays roughly within the same elevation zone the whole time which means the conditions are about the same from start to finish.
