During the days of summer, highs mostly are in the 90's at Horse Ridge National Scenic Trail, and the night is slightly cooler of course, typically in the 50's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 50's, and after the sun is down all through the wintertime temperatures at Horse Ridge National Scenic Trail

If you came to camp Shivshaneen Co is a pleasant site to do that, and get your heart beating on the splendid whitewater of Trinity River. Crogan Hole is a good site, and some of the water nearby flows, like Crogan Creek.
This location is unbeatable, just look at all the enjoyable things to do in the vicinity of Horse Ridge National Scenic Trail. Six Rivers National Forest is a fine local forest, and if you're looking for some flowing water? Try Dot Creek. You can run the rapids of Salmon River in the vicinity of Horse Ridge National Scenic Trail. That right there is a lot of amusing stuff already but it goes on, the Coast Ranges has it all. Horse Ridge National Scenic Trail is nice enough to spend more than a day at, Pearch Creek Campground is a nice local campground, and if you're here, do take a visit to Tish Tang Point.
Be careful coming to the Coast Ranges, you might not ever want to go back home again. If you fancy a little side spree, try Mill Creek Gap; One Mile Spring is always fun to check out. Red Cap Hole is a pleasant location to check out, and High Spring is a wonderful place to take a look at while you're at Horse Ridge National Scenic Trail.
