much higher up than other parts of the trail, and that means that some parts of the trail could be very different from other parts of it. California has lots of outdoors pursuits. For the duration of the summertime here at Highgrade Trail, high temperatures frequently reach the
80's with overnight lows in the 50's. All through the winter highs are in the 30's with temperatures at Highgrade Trail dipping down into the 10's during winter nights. This is a great outdoors trail that is quite long, so do pack enough food to last the whole trip. This wilderness
trail has a total elevation difference of 3,371 feet, and that is higher than average.

South Fork Cottonwood Creek is a splendid local stream, and if you came to camp Cave Lake Campground is a delightful spot to do that. A great spot to
pop by near Highgrade Trail is Coalpit Canyon It's always great to go to Mineral Spring.
North Fork Cottonwood Creek is a nice place to stop at, and Highgrade Trail is good enough to spend more than a day at, Larry Flat Campground is a good local campground. This is no spot
for people who don’t like to have a good time. A pleasant journey to O'Connors Flat is a good way to spend an afternoon. All year is a great time in the Warner Mountains if you adore the outdoors. While you're here at Highgrade Trail it's a delightful idea to pop by North Star Basin, and don't leave Highgrade Trail without first paying a visit to Highgrade Spring.
