Going for a trek here in California is a perfect way to spend some time. Summer at Green Valley Trail comes with high temperatures in the 80's with nighttime lows in the 50's. During the wintertime this spot gets highs in the 40's, and after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Green Valley Trail dip into the 20's. This backcountry

Being 2.6 miles long it's shorter than many great outdoors hiking trails. This is an area covered with lots of backcountry trails. These hiking trails here in the San Bernardino Mountains are a fine way to explore these mountains. And keep in mind that there could be temporary safety restrictions in place. This hiking trail is a very short hiking trail with an average amount of climbing distance which makes this backcountry trail glorious for the average trekker looking for a cool adventure. From a precipitation point of view Green Valley Trail is a quite common spot; during the month of January you get the most rain around here, and June on the other hand is the driest.

Briefly about the general area:
Green Valley Trail is splendid enough to spend more than a day at, Shady Cove Group Campground is a splendid local campground, and taking a little trip to close by Lake View Point is a great idea. You don't should go far from Green Valley Trail to enjoy National Childreaus Forest, and a trip to Mojave National Preserve is worthwhile.
This river is a great place to visit. Camping at Siberia Creek Campground is always a pleasant experience, and since you're here why not go to Little Green Valley. If you want a great time in the great outdoors just come on up to the San Bernardino Mountains. People from Riverside-San Bernardino-Ontario love to come to Green Valley Trail; don't forget to take a splendid little visit to North Fork Deep Creek. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this place.
