elevation difference of 4,737 feet which is a higher than average number. And keep in mind that there could be temporary safety restrictions in place. Sawtooth Pass Trail is not very close to Visalia-Porterville at all, but it is a great wilderness hiking trail. Sawtooth Pass Trail is a wilderness hiking trail of brilliant length with an average amount of climbing distance which makes this a very tough backpacking trail for advanced backcountry hikers looking for a splendid challenge. Great outdoors hiking trails like this one here in the Southern Sierra Nevada are a really brilliant way to spend quality time in nature. Sawtooth Pass Trail is a one trailhead great outdoors trail, so you'll be trekking it in and back out. Sawtooth Pass Trail is a perfect place of normal rain; of all the months in a year January is the one with the most rain, and the driest month of the year is July.

Places like Aspen Flat are fine to have a look at, and a quick journey to Crystal Creek is definitely a great idea. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Southern Sierra Nevada. Eagle Sinkhole is a perfect place, and it's a good idea to take a look at Eagle Creek.
Kern River is a wonderful whitewater spot in close proximity to Sawtooth Pass Trail. There's so much to do here at Sawtooth Pass Trail that you need to camp here for a while, Atwell Mill Campground is a delightful location for that. All the outdoors enjoyable stuff in the Southern Sierra Nevada will keep you coming back again and again. A tour to Soda Spring will fill your spirit with splendid feelings; in the event that you don't mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Kaweah River - Middle Fork.
Nearby Sawtooth Pass is a great place to go if you're at Sawtooth Pass Trail It's always glorious to explore Tufa Falls. There's just no way someone can get bored here at Sawtooth Pass Trail. Take some time to stop at Redwood Meadow Grove since you're here, and you can stay the night at Cold Spring Campground.
