  Falls Creek Trail is a long trip away from Riverside-San Bernardino-Ontario, but when you spend some time backpacking here you will feel like a whole new person. Ok, you've been cooped up too long, time to get out in the great outdoors a bit, and Falls Creek Trail in San Bernardino County, California is a nice selection. This is just one of a large number of backpacking and hiking trails in this vicinity. This is a long great outdoors hiking trail, so do pack enough food to last the whole trip. Falls Creek Trail gets a normal amount of annual precipitation; of all the months in a year January is the one with the most rain; the driest of the months is June. The total elevation difference for Falls Creek Trail is 5,353 feet which is a higher than average number. This is a two-ended hiking trail with two trailheads, so if you can get a ride from someone, you can trek it just one way. Of course, this is an overnight backcountry walk, 2 days normally, so better have big backpack to fit all the stuff you need.

Briefly about the general area:
There's a wonderful forest next to Falls Creek Trail called San Bernardino National Forest; camping at Falls Recreation Area is always a good experience. Shields Flat is a gorgeous place any time of year; High Meadow Springs is a pretty spot to stop at while you're at Falls Creek Trail.
Dollar Lake Saddle is a good place to take a look at close by, and a perfect place to camp here at Falls Creek Trail is Council Campground. All year is a good time in the San Bernardino Mountains if you fancy the outdoors. A short spree to Trail Fork Springs is always worthwhile; a pleasant journey to Plummer Meadows is a delightful way to spend an afternoon. So much cool stuff near Falls Creek Trail, just incredible. Don't forget to take a great little trip to Camp Creek; you're sure to come across some friendly people from Riverside-San Bernardino-Ontario here.
