Forest, and Elk Camp Ridge Trail is great enough to spend more than a day at, Cedar Rustic Campground is a great local campground. If you go for the outdoors you'll go for it here in the Coast Ranges. Don't leave Elk Camp Ridge Trail without first paying a visit to Cedar Trough;
a magnificent spot for whitewater paddling is Smith River - Middle Fork. Cold Spring is an inspiring place to go to while you're here; a tremendous place is Dead Horse Gulch. While you're here at Elk Camp Ridge Trail it's a pleasant idea to take a look at Washington Flat, and
don't forget to take a wonderful little journey to East Fork Patrick Creek. Whohoo, so many fun things in one place! Elk Camp Ridge Trail rocks! Boulder Creek is a gorgeous stream that is worth a visit, and do set aside some time for Baker Flat while you're here at Elk Camp Ridge Trail.
