California hiking trails - Crea Trail, Coast Ranges, Humboldt County       Pleasant backcountry hiking trails in California are in abundance, and one of those is Crea Trail in Humboldt County. Crea Trail is located a quite lengthy drive from Crescent City North, but backpacking it is tremendous enjoyment any time. Every single California backcountry hiking trail is different from the others. This is a vicinity covered with lots of wilderness trails. The length of Crea Trail is about average having an average number of uphill miles which makes this wilderness trail great for hard core backpackers looking for adventure. At parts     of the year this vicinity sees very little rain, so don’t forget to check for any current fire restrictions before you go. With its 6.2 miles of walking distance it's an average length wilderness hiking trail. There's not much difference in elevation along the wilderness hiking trail which means the conditions are about the same from start to finish. The backpacking and hiking trails of the Coast Ranges are a magnificent way to explore these hills. This walk shouldn't take more than 5.5 hours, but of course some folks walk a bit slower and some a bit faster. Please follow all local rules about fires and camping. The high level of rainfall makes Crea Trail a reasonably wet location; during December this neighborhood sees the most rain, and July meanwhile is the driest month. Crea Trail has two trailheads, so hiking it one way   is an option if you can arrange for a ride back. Keep in mind that this is a long wilderness hiking trail, so make sure you bring plenty of supplies. Hiking in California is always a cool thing to do. Throughout the summertime at Crea Trail temperatures are commonly in the 60's with night lows in the 50's. Highs through the wintertime are commonly in the 50's while Crea Trail night low temperatures through the wintertime are in the 30's. The total elevation difference for Crea Trail is 688 feet which is lower than average. Backcountry trekking here in California is a must. Gotta get out of the city man, and Crea Trail in Humboldt County, California is such a wonderful place. Briefly about the general area: You definitely ought to have a thing about the Coast Ranges. There's some flowing water nearby, Little Creek is a stream you can visit while here; paddling on Klamath River is so much fun. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Crea Trail has to offer, you can camp at Blackberry Patch RV Park, and a tour to Gold Bluffs Beach is always a pleasant idea. This river is so perfect. Brown Creek flows through this neighborhood; lots of people from Crescent City North come here. If you yearn for a little side visit, try Fern Canyon, and drift down the rapids of Redwood Creek in a kayak. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors cool things the area in close proximity to Crea Trail has to offer. Crea Trail is a good place to camp, Klamath Glen Resort is a good place.
