two ended backpacking trail with two trailheads which means you have the option of trekking it one way if you have someone to pick you up at the other end. The time needed for this backcountry hike is roughly 2.5 hours, but you never know stuff could go wrong and you could get
stuck so be prepared for that. Copper Trail is on the short side having an average number of uphill miles which makes this trail fine for the average backcountry walker looking for an enjoyable adventure. There are numerous backcountry hiking trails in California, and each one
is different from the others. This wilderness hiking trail is not that long but it's always brilliant to bring some emergency supplies, you never know what could happen. There are not too many trails in this region.
Briefly about the general area: Visit Bear Creek if
you're here at Copper Trail, and whitewater paddling is glorious on Klamath River. All the outdoors enjoyable stuff in the Siskiyou Mountains will keep you coming back persistently. There's so much to do here at Copper Trail that you need to camp here for a while, Tree of Heaven Campground is a pleasant place for that, and if you came to camp Yreka RV Park is a fine site to do that.
