and a short trip to Meadow Spring is always worthwhile. Be careful coming to Cherry Point Trail, you might not ever wanna go back home again. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Yuba River - South Fork. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Cherry Point Trail has to offer, you can camp at Cold Springs Campground.
