you can explore while you're here, and there are some delightful whitewater spots on Yuba River - South Fork.
You have to certainly dedicate some time to Pelham Flat if you're here at Cherry Point Trail. There's so much to do here at Cherry Point Trail that you need to camp
here for a while, Sterling Lake Campground is a fine place for that. Little Granite Creek is a stream that you may bump into during your stay, and a nice location is Little Granite Canyon.
While you're here at Cherry Point Trail it's a great idea to take a look at Big Valley,
and a short trip to Meadow Spring is always worthwhile. Be careful coming to Cherry Point Trail, you might not ever wanna go back home again. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Yuba River - South Fork. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Cherry Point Trail has to offer, you can camp at Cold Springs Campground.
