California hiking trails - Bucklin Trail, Marin County

   
  California has so much to offer the fresh air lovers. You'll have got to go far from Santa Rosa-Petaluma to get to Bucklin Trail, but you always have a tremendous time when you're backcountry hiking along it. Finally, backcountry hiking time is here again, and Bucklin Trail in Marin County, California is a tremendous selection. This is not a very long trail but you should still bring some emergency supplies just in case something happens. This area does get very dry sometimes, so don’t forget to check for any current fire restrictions before you go.

difference for Bucklin Trail is 1,314 feet, and that is about average. You should count on this backcountry hike taking about 3 hours, but you never know stuff could go wrong and you could get stuck so be prepared for that. This is one of many great outdoors trails in the surrounding vicinity. There are hiking trails all over California, and among these are Bucklin Trail in Marin County. This great outdoors hiking trail is on the short side having an average number of uphill miles which makes it a good great outdoors trail for the average person looking for  
a good adventure. Bucklin Trail sees pretty high levels of rain; the month with most of the rain is January, and July on the other hand is the driest. Bucklin Trail has two trailheads, so trekking it one way is an option if you can arrange for a ride back. Hiking in California is the great thing to do. Camping is available at Coast Campground, and pleasant water scenery is available at Upper Estero Dam close to Bucklin Trail. Muddy Hollow is a great place; Teachers Beach is a beautiful beach to stop at. Why not camp at Sky Campground if you're here at Bucklin Trail, and you have to definitely stop by pretty Shell Beach if you're here.
