California hiking trails - Bear Creek Trail, Siskiyou Mountains, Siskiyou County

   
  Each great outdoors trail in California is pretty in its own way. You can't spend all your time indoors you need to get out once in a while, and if you happen to be in Siskiyou County of California, Bear Creek Trail is a great local great outdoors hiking trail for doing a bit of leg stretching. There are so many nice great outdoors trails for backpacking in California, and Bear Creek Trail is one of them, and it's in Siskiyou County. This is a long backpacking trail, so do pack enough food to last the whole trip. This backcountry hiking trail is a very
    long backcountry hiking trail having an average number of uphill miles which makes this a very tough hiking and backpacking trail for advanced backcountry walkers looking for a brilliant challenge. Bear Creek Trail is usually a quite dry site; the month with most of the rain is
December, and July meanwhile is the driest month. If you are in California during backcountry hiking season you have to go backcountry hiking. Going for a backcountry hike here in California is a nice idea. This great outdoors trail has a total elevation difference of 3,136 feet, and that is higher than average. Great outdoors hiking trails like this one here in the Siskiyou Mountains are a very perfect way to see these highlands. This hiking and backpacking trail goes through some very different elevations, and that means that some parts of the hiking  
and backpacking trail could be very different from other parts of it. Now, this is roughly a 2-day backcountry walk, so it's a fine thing if your backpack is big enough to do the job. You'll must go far from Medford to get to Bear Creek Trail, but it is a really delightful great outdoors hiking trail. There are not too many hiking and backpacking trails in this area. High temperatures at Bear Creek Trail all through the warm days of summer are in the 80's with night lows in the 50's. Daytime highs all through the winter are in the 40's with temperatures at Bear Creek Trail dipping down into the 20's all through winter nights. This backpacking trail sometimes gets very dry, so make sure you check current conditions and fire restrictions with local forest authorities before you head out. Bear Creek Trail is 14.2 miles long; it's a long hiking and backpacking trail. And keep in mind that there could be temporary safety restrictions in location. This is a two-ended great outdoors trail with two trailheads, so if you can get a ride from someone, you can trek it just one way.

Briefly about the general area:
You can run the rapids of Klamath River close to Bear Creek Trail, and while you're here, do take a spree to Humbug Point. These mountains rock, just look at all the enjoyable stuff to do in the Siskiyou Mountains.
Shasta River is a splendid whitewater spot in close proximity to Bear Creek Trail, and since you're here, you might as well pop by Lime Gulch. It's a delightful idea to check out Bear Creek, it's close to Bear Creek Trail, and do put some time aside to spend at Maple Grove Spring if you're here at Bear Creek Trail. That right there is a lot already, but it keeps on going; Bear Creek Trail has it all. There's so much to do here at Bear Creek Trail that you need to camp here for a while, Yreka RV Park is a nice site for that, and Maple Spring is a tremendous local attraction.
If you want a nice time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Siskiyou Mountains. If you're here at Bear Creek Trail, you could have a look at Longfellow Creek. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Bear Creek Trail has to offer, you can camp at Tree of Heaven Campground.
