    neighborhood sees very little rain, so do check for current fire restrictions before you go if you plan to bring a stove or make a camp fire. There's not much difference in elevation along Bailey Trail, so you won’t have to worry about different climate zones along your backcountry
hike. Bailey Trail has only one trailhead, so in and out is the way to backcountry trek it normally. The time needed for this backcountry walk is roughly 6.5 hours, but of course some people walk a bit slower and some a bit faster. These wilderness trails here in the Sierra Madre are a very splendid way to see these hills. There are so many great hiking trails for backcountry backpacking in California, and one of those is Bailey Trail in Los Angeles County. Bailey Trail is quite long, so make sure you bring plenty of supplies. High temperatures at Bailey  
Trail all through the summer months are in the 80's while overnight lows are frequently in the 60's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 40's with temperatures at Bailey Trail dipping down into the 30's during winter nights. This is a vicinity covered with lots of wilderness hiking trails. Bailey Trail is 7.2 miles long it's an average length wilderness hiking trail. When you're here in California backcountry backpacking along one of its hiking trails is the great thing to do. Bailey Trail is a location that is quite arid commonly; throughout February this region sees the most rain while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Bailey Trail is a trail quite far from Oxnard-Thousand Oaks-Ventura, but many people like to hike here to be near the great outdoors. The total elevation difference for Bailey Trail is 1,111 feet which is about average.

Fish Creek is a delightful stream that is worth checking out, and Piru Creek is a nice whitewater spot close by. Yep, outdoors entertaining stuff to do are beyond doubt bountiful here at Bailey Trail. You can run the rapids of Piru Creek close to Bailey Trail, and do stop by Gorman Creek since you're here at Bailey Trail.
But wait, there's more exciting things to do in the Sierra Madre. Royball Spring is a glorious local attraction. Los Alamos Campground is a fine local campground; do put some time aside to spend at Beartrap Spring since you're here at Bailey Trail. Having a nice time in the Sierra Madre is simple. Beartrap Canyon is near Bailey Trail and is a tremendous place, and Bailey Trail is a fine spot to visit for more than one day, Hardluck Campground is a fine spot to camp nearby.
You have to definitely dedicate some time to Frenchmans Flat since you're here at Bailey Trail, and why not stop at Nugget Point also since you're here.
