here, you could pop by Big Granite Creek. All year is a fine time in the Northern Sierra Nevada if you fancy the outdoors. Tadpole Spring is a delightful location to stop at while you're at American River Trail, and Yuba River - South Fork is a great whitewater spot close by.
And if you're still looking for more outdoors fun things just keep reading. You might want to pay a visit to Big Valley Canyon while you're here at American River Trail, and American River Trail is fine enough to spend more than a day at, Secret House Campground is a fine local
