  Alright, enough of spending all this time inside a building, time to get out, and Winter Cabin Trail in Coconino County, Arizona is a splendid place to go. There are many good hiking and backpacking trails in Arizona, and one of these is Winter Cabin Trail in Coconino County. Arizona has lots of outdoors activities. High temperatures at Winter Cabin Trail all through the days of summer are in the 80's while night lows are mostly in the 50's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 40's while Winter Cabin Trail night low temperatures throughout
    the winter are in the 20's. You should count on this backcountry hike taking about 9 hours, but you never know stuff could go wrong and you could get stuck so be prepared for that. Different parts of Winter Cabin Trail are at very different elevations, and that means that some
parts of the hiking and backpacking trail could be very different from other parts of it. This is one of many backcountry trails in the surrounding region. And keep in mind that there could be temporary safety restrictions in spot. Winter Cabin Trail is not very in close proximity to Prescott at all, but hiking trails like these are great. Winter Cabin Trail is generally a reasonably dehydrated place; August is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest month is June. Winter Cabin Trail has a total elevation difference of 2,664 feet which is higher  
than average. Backpacking here in Arizona is the good thing to do. There is only one trailhead, so you'll be backcountry trekking it in and back out. Now this backpacking trail is pretty long, so make sure you bring plenty of supplies. With its 10.6 miles of walking distance; it's longer than many hiking and backpacking trails. This area does get very dry sometimes, so don’t forget to check for any current fire restrictions before you go. Every Arizona hiking and backpacking trail is scenic in its own way. Winter Cabin Trail is a wilderness hiking trail of pleasant length having an average number of uphill miles which makes this backcountry trail great for hard core backpackers looking for adventure.

You'll need more than a day to discover everything Winter Cabin Trail has to offer, you can camp at White Horse Lake Campground. It's always great to stop by Dorsey Spring. There's so much to do here at Winter Cabin Trail that you need to camp here for a while, Sedona RV Resort is a magnificent spot for that.
Tule Tank Wash is close to Winter Cabin Trail and is always a delight to pop by, and there are some perfect whitewater spots on Verde River. Volunteer Wash is one of the streams close by that might be worth a visit; don't leave Winter Cabin Trail without first paying a visit to Winter Cabin Spring. Any time is a perfect time at Winter Cabin Trail if you like the outdoors. Tule Canyon is a fine site to spend some time at, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Oak Creek.
You should absolutely dedicate some time to Taylor Basin since you're here at Winter Cabin Trail.
