The length of this hiking trail is on the longer side having an average number of uphill miles which makes it a good wilderness trail for experienced walkers in great shape. This is
    one of many wilderness trails in the surrounding region. This great outdoors hiking trail sometimes gets very dry, so make sure you check current conditions and fire restrictions with local forest authorities before you head out. This walk should take you about 1.5 days, so better
have big backpack to fit all the stuff you need. The trail stays roughly within the same elevation zone the whole time, so you won’t have to worry about different climate zones along your backcountry walk. Every hiking trail in Arizona is different from the others. The total elevation difference for this great outdoors hiking trail is 1,127 feet which is an average number. Throughout the warmest time of the year at Whiskey Spring Trail temperatures are commonly in the 100's. Summer overnight lows plunge down to the 70's. Highs during the winter are frequently  
in the 60's; winter nights come with lows in the 30's to Whiskey Spring Trail. With its 10.8 miles of walking distance; it's considered a longer backcountry walk. Whiskey Spring Trail is situated a rather long tour from Payson, but you always have a great time when you're backcountry hiking along it. Whiskey Spring Trail has only one trailhead, so in and out is the way to trek it normally. Around Whiskey Spring Trail you don’t get a lot of precipitation; through the month of August you get the most rain around here, and June is the month with the least moisture. Gotta get out of the town man, and Whiskey Spring Trail in Pinal County, Arizona is just what you need. Keep in mind that this is a long great outdoors hiking trail, so do pack enough food to last the whole trip.

Just can't get enough of Whiskey Spring Trail. Salt River is a pleasant whitewater spot close to Whiskey Spring Trail. It's always good to stop at Whiskey Spring, and a journey to Horse Camp Basin revives the spirit.
Whiskey Spring Trail is in the vicinity of Whiskey Spring Canyon which is positively worth going to, and Trap Canyon Spring is a great local attraction. If you came to camp Carney Springs Campground is a magnificent site to do that; Coffee Flat is a delightful spot. Milk Ranch Creek is a pretty stream that is worth going to. There's so much to do here at Whiskey Spring Trail that you need to camp here for a while, Peralta Canyon Campground is a delightful site for that.
