is a wonderful spot. You don’t have to go far from Tiptop Trail to observe the water at Horsethief Dam, and Horsethief Basin is a good place to stretch your legs a bit. A short tour to Sullivan Spring is always worthwhile, and Hazlett Hollow Campground is a glorious campground here.
