Sycamore Basin Trail is a wilderness trail of good length having an average number of uphill miles which makes this a very tough wilderness trail for advanced walkers looking for a nice challenge. Sycamore Basin Trail has only one trailhead, so you're looking at an in and out backcountry hike. Sycamore Basin Trail is pretty arid usually; August is the wettest month with most rain, and June on the other hand is the driest. Backcountry hiking here in Arizona is something that is always fun to do.

If you came for an overnight stay White Horse Lake Campground is a brilliant place to camp, and get dripping wet paddling on Oak Creek. Whitewater paddling is tremendous on Verde River, and why not a little side journey to Cedar Creek.
Whohoo, so much cool stuff in one place! Sycamore Basin Trail is excellent! Visit Tule Tank Wash if you're here at Sycamore Basin Trail, and Camelot RV Center is a delightful campground nearby. Cow Flat is a wonderful spot; the beauty of mother nature reveals herself at Sand Seeps. Don't leave Sycamore Basin Trail without first paying a visit to Parsons Spring.
Places like Sycamore Basin are splendid to take a look at; Jacks Canyon is a splendid place to spend some time.
