There are so many wonderful backcountry hiking trails for backcountry trekking in Arizona, and South Kaibab Trail in Coconino County is one of them. With so many outdoors activities available in Arizona you'll never get bored. At South Kaibab Trail through the warm days of summer highs are in the 70's. it's considered a longer walk. South Kaibab Trail is a backcountry hiking trail of good length having an average number of uphill miles which makes this a very tough backpacking trail for advanced backcountry walkers looking for an outstanding challenge. This area does get very
dry sometimes, so do check for current fire restrictions before you go if you plan to bring a stove or make a camp fire. Now, this is roughly a 1.5-day backcountry hike, so make sure you've got all your overnight gear packed. Every backcountry hiking trail in Arizona has its own
unique splendor. It's a long journey from Flagstaff to South Kaibab Trail, but trails like these are pleasant. This great outdoors trail has only one trailhead, so you'll be hiking it in and back out.

Camping at Suspension Bridge Campground
is always a delightful experience. Bright Angel Creek is a pretty stream that is worth visiting, and you have to beyond doubt dedicate some time to Ottoman Amphitheater if you're here at South Kaibab Trail.
Burro Spring is always fun to check out, and a wonderful place to camp
here at South Kaibab Trail is Visitor Center Campground. Grand Canyon National Park is a nice national park; The Box is another great location to visit nearby. Don’t forget to have a look at Indian Garden while you're here at South Kaibab Trail; a short trip to Pipe Spring is always
worthwhile.
