hiking trail but you should still bring some emergency supplies just in case something happens. Please follow all local rules about fires and camping. This is a one trailhead hiking and backpacking trail, so you're looking at an in and out trek. The warmest time of the year brings
highs in the 90's to Seal Mountain Trail. Summer overnight lows drop down to the 60's. All through the wintertime this site gets highs in the 50's, and overnight lows during the wintertime for Seal Mountain Trail tend to be in the 20's.
Briefly about the general area:
Oak Park Motel and RV Park is a tremendous local campground, and why not a little side tour to Cottonwood Creek. Aztec Mobile Home and RV Park is a great campground nearby. A pleasant spree to Campbells Flat is a nice way to spend an afternoon, and Cameron Spring is a splendid
local attraction. Ashe Springs is a wonderful spot to explore while you're at Seal Mountain Trail; swing by Spring Creek it's a perfect location to go to.
