  Each one of the many backpacking and hiking trails of Arizona is wonderful in its own way. Hiking in Arizona is such a glorious thing to do. Time to get out, and breathe some fresh air, and Pipeline Trail in Maricopa County, Arizona is a tremendous pick. This backcountry trek should take you about 2 days, so make sure you've got all your overnight gear packed. At Pipeline Trail throughout the months of summer highs are in the 100's. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 70's. The winter comes with highs in the
    60's, and night lows in the 30's for Pipeline Trail. This neighborhood does get very dry sometimes, so do check for current fire restrictions before you go if you plan to bring a stove or make a camp fire. There are so many backpacking and hiking trails in this vicinity. Hiking
here in the Mogollon Rim Mountains is a really magnificent way to spend quality time in nature. It is very dried out here at Pipeline Trail mostly; December is the wettest month with most rain while June is mostly the driest month. Pipeline Trail is a backpacking trail of magnificent length with an average amount of climbing distance which makes this backpacking and hiking trail pleasant for hard core backpackers looking for adventure. Keep in mind that this is a long wilderness trail, so make sure you bring plenty of supplies. Pipeline Trail is a long journey  
away from Payson, but it is a tremendous getaway from the city. When you're here in Arizona hiking along one of its backpacking and hiking trails is always an amusing thing to do. Don’t forget to check for any current restrictions or closures before you go. This backpacking trail has two trailheads, so backpacking it one way is an option if you can arrange for a ride back. Some parts of this backpacking and hiking trail are much higher up than other parts of the backpacking and hiking trail, so keep in mind that you may need to dress differently at different elevations. There are so many perfect backpacking and hiking trails for hiking in Arizona, and one of those is Pipeline Trail in Maricopa County. The total elevation difference for this backpacking trail is 2,229 feet which is an average number. With its 13 miles of walking distance; it's considered a longer trek.

Briefly about the general area:
Mud Springs is a nice local attraction, and you might also want to pay a visit to Ballantine Canyon since you're here at Pipeline Trail. Whohoo, so much exciting stuff in one place! The Mogollon Rim Mountains is great! There's whitewater on Verde River for all you adrenaline people, and get your heart beating on the magnificent whitewater of Tonto Creek.
Pipeline Trail is a delightful spot to visit for more than one day, Jakes Corner RV Park is a delightful spot to camp nearby; Bull Basin is a delightful place here at Pipeline Trail. Everybody loves Little Pine Flat, and obviously Camp Creek flows through this vicinity.
Now, you may believe that's a heap but there's even more amusing things to do here in the Mogollon Rim Mountains. close to Pipeline Trail you'll discover a wooded vicinity called Tonto National Forest, and Boulder Mountain Spring is always fun to check out. Pipeline Trail really is in the middle of a charming outdoors paradise. A quick visit to Boulder Creek near Pipeline Trail is a good idea; you can stay the night at Tonto Creek Trail Adult RV Park.
