    Kaibab Trail, but it is a good escape from the settlement. Being 26.2 miles long; it's a long hiking trail. This is a wilderness hiking trail that is quite long, so don't forget to pack enough supplies. This backcountry hiking trail has a total elevation difference of 6,735 feet,
and that is higher than average. North Kaibab Trail is a one trailhead backcountry hiking trail, so in and out is the way to hike it normally. For the duration of the days of summer at North Kaibab Trail highs are regularly in the 70's while night lows are commonly in the 40's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 30's while the cold winter nights at North Kaibab Trail are in the 10's. This wilderness hiking trail sometimes gets very dry, so don’t forget to check for any current fire restrictions before you go. Hiking here in Arizona is a brilliant  
way to spend some time. This is just one of a large number of hiking trails in this vicinity. Arizona has plenty of fine great outdoors trails, and North Kaibab Trail in Coconino County is one of them. This backcountry hike should take you about 4 days, so make sure you've got all your overnight gear packed. This backpacking trail is a backpacking trail of great length having an average number of uphill miles which makes this hiking trail great for hard core backpackers looking for adventure. North Kaibab Trail is regularly a rather waterless site; during January this region sees the most snow, and June is when it's the driest.

Briefly about the general area:
There's so much to do here at North Kaibab Trail that you need to camp here for a while, Suspension Bridge Campground is a brilliant location for that, and if you have time, Grand Canyon National Park is a national park worth going to. A river like this is too good to miss. A journey to Marion Point in the neighborhood of North Kaibab Trail is always a pleasant idea, and Roaring Springs is a beautiful site to take a look at while you're at North Kaibab Trail.
This is such a fun river. Ottoman Amphitheater is a wonderful place to check out, and you can stay the night at Roaring Springs Campground. And if that's not sufficient, there's a load more to do right next door to North Kaibab Trail. Why not stop at nearby Wall Creek if you're here at North Kaibab Trail, and Harvey Meadow is a nice place.
If you're here, you might as well explore The Transept, and since you're here, you could stop by Manzanita Creek. There's whitewater on Little Colorado River for all you adrenaline junkies; Ribbon Falls is a splendid local attraction.
