There are two trailheads to chose from, one in each end, so if you can get a ride from someone, you can trek it just one way. Throughout the months of summer here at Noon Creek Trail, high temperatures ordinarily get into the  
90's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 60's. For the period of the wintertime highs are ordinarily in the 50's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here at Noon Creek Trail. Noon Creek Trail gets very little rain; throughout July this vicinity sees the most rain; May is when it's the driest. Noon Creek Trail is a long trip away from Safford, but there's pleasant natural loveliness waiting here for you along it. This is a backcountry hiking trail that is quite long, so make sure you bring plenty of supplies. Different parts of Noon Creek Trail are at very different elevations, and that means that some parts of the backpacking and hiking trail could be very different from other parts of it. A trip to Heliograph Spring will fill your spirit with delightful feelings, and don't leave Noon Creek Trail without first paying a visit to Twilight Spring.
And if that's not enough, there's a lot more to do near Noon Creek Trail. A tour to Wet Canyon is always fun, and hey, Twilight Creek is a pleasant local stream. A visit to Snow Flat revives the soul. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Noon Creek Trail has to offer, you can camp at Wet Canyon Campground.
Adams Flat is a great spot, and if you're looking for some flowing water? Try Crazy Horse Creek. Safford Ranger District is a great forest vicinity in the neighborhood of Noon Creek Trail, and you're sure to run into some cheerful people from Safford here.
