Arizona hiking trails - Noon Creek Trail, Graham County

   
  Pretty far from Safford you come upon Noon Creek Trail, but it is a wonderful refuge from the city.     region sees very little rain, so do check for current fire restrictions before you go if you plan to bring a stove or make a camp fire. The total elevation difference for this backpacking trail is 2,117 feet which is an average number. Not much precipitation falls here at Noon
Creek Trail; the wettest month of the year is ordinarily July, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest month is May. The length of Noon Creek Trail is about average with an average amount of climbing distance which makes this a very tough hiking trail for advanced trekkers looking for a magnificent challenge. This is a long backpacking and hiking trail, so make sure you bring plenty of supplies. When was the last time you got out in the outdoors a bit? Noon Creek Trail in Graham County, Arizona is a really good spot to spend some time. This backcountry  
hike shouldn't take more than 8 hours, but of course some folks walk a bit slower and some a bit faster. This is one of many hiking trails in the surrounding vicinity. At Noon Creek Trail during the long summer days highs are in the 90's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 60's. High temperatures through the wintertime are normally in the 50's, and winter nights come with lows in the 20's to Noon Creek Trail. With so many outdoors endeavors available in Arizona you'll never get bored. Being 8.6 miles long it's an average length hiking trail. Every trail in Arizona is worth backcountry backpacking. There are two trailheads to chose from, one in each end, so trekking it one way is an option if you can arrange for a ride back. And keep in mind that there could be temporary safety restrictions in location.

Adams Flat is a great site here at Noon Creek Trail, and Twilight Spring is always fun to check out. A short journey to Heliograph Spring is always worthwhile, and a good location to stop at nearby is Wet Canyon.

Don’t forget to explore Snow Flat while you're here at Noon Creek Trail, and why not camp at Wet Canyon Campground if you're here at Noon Creek Trail. Crazy Horse Creek flows through this area, and a great site to camp here at Noon Creek Trail is Arcadia Campground.
Visiting Chiricahua National Monument is just something you need to do if you haven't yet; there's a forest here called Safford Ranger District. Noon Creek Trail is a place with many visitors from Safford; let's not forget Twilight Creek which is a stream that you may encounter during your stay.
