for adventure. With its 8 miles of walking distance it's a mid length backcountry walk. This great outdoors hiking trail has only one trailhead, so you're looking at an in and out trek. Summertime highs at Baldy Trail generally tend to be in the 100's while nighttime lows are ordinarily
in the 60's. The winter brings highs down to the 50's, and nighttime lows in the 20's for Baldy Trail. This is just one of a large number of backpacking trails in this neighborhood. And keep in mind that there could be temporary safety restrictions in location.

the general area: All year is a perfect time in the Mogollon Rim Mountains if you love the outdoors. Get wet paddling on Tonto Creek, and the vistas at Tonto National Monument will blow your mind. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the amusing things at Baldy
Trail. Black Bear Spring is a picturesque site to visit while you're at Baldy Trail; while you're here why not explore Black Bear Saddle. Baldy Trail is a tremendous place to visit for more than one day, Burnt Corral Campground is a tremendous place to camp nearby, and since
you're here at Baldy Trail it's a brilliant idea to take a look at Big Oak Flat. Apache Lake Campground is a delightful campground nearby; a short journey to Dan Neal Spring is always worthwhile.
